In individual therapy, I will help you identify the underlying issues that cause you to repeat the same patterns over and over again, as well as to identify the kinds of relationships you want to have. By teaching you skills to take care of yourself better, I will help you through the process of understanding why you do what you do and how to make change happen. I create a warm and safe environment so that you will feel comfortable talking about what brought you into therapy. I offer a free consultation either on the phone or in person in order to make sure that I am the right therapist for you.
